Let the thief steal no more, but rather let him be industrious, making an honest living with his own hands, so that he may be able to give to those in need. When Daniel first started stealing, he did this because he needed the things he stole. But as time went on, he realized that he would even steal things he did not need. He now knew he was in bondage to stealing when he couldn't help but steal.
